More Information

Since High Like Five’s launch in 2005, the band has gained momentum with the team's exposure growing from each performance. In fact, the momentum is such that they have built up enough exposure to net them performances with several national acts such as The Plain White T’s, Die Trying, Tyrone Wells, Pepper and Blackalicious.

The band combines high energy rock with inescapable hooks to create their own sound that has them winning over audiences across California. In January 2009 the band released their first EP through iTunes, entitled The “No Dice - EP”. The EP, produced by Tomas Costanza, speaks of good times and real life issues that appeal to a wide audience.

Now, High Like Five is ready take things even further. The band is set to release their debut full-length, “The Melody That Makes A Difference” in October 2009 through Hyper Raje Records. Produced by Chris “HypE” Mayrena, the album is set to take High Like Five to a whole new level. “This Record has some positive, upbeat messages embedded in a more mature pop-rock platform...we have definitely progressed as artists.” says Zaragoza. “2009, 2010 is the time for the world to see what we are all about...I think people will dig it, but more importantly understand it.”

A passionate singer, gifted pianist and insightful songwriter, David Baron has caught the ear of audiences across the globe with his soaring vocals, confessional lyrics, and powerful piano pop/rock sound.

The past year has been a banner one for David Baron, a 25-year-old singer-songwriter who is both the lead singer of The Bryan Bros Band featuring David Baron and a successful solo artist in his own right. After the release of his self-titled debut EP in the fall of 2008, Baron sold out four shows in a row in California. Baron then completed a nationwide tour that included opening slots for Brandi Carlile, Jordin Sparks and Reel Big Fish, as well as headlining performances at notable venues such as the Great American Music Hall, Mercury Lounge (New York), The Viper Room and Hotel Cafe (LA). In January 2009, 3 tracks on Baron’s EP began playing 3 times a day in 470 retail stores across the U.K., just one part of Baron’s international airplay that also includes mainstream and satellite radio, TV, and stadiums at sports events.

In between selling out shows across the U.S., Baron has toured internationally with the Bryan Brothers (#1-world ranked Men’s Doubles Tennis Team), playing concerts with the twins at tennis tournaments including Wimbledon and the US Open. Baron and the Bryans co-wrote an EP while traveling on the road together, and on September 15th 2009, The Bryan Bros Band featuring David Baron released their debut EP "Let It Rip" exclusively on Amazon.com. For his work with the Bryans, Baron has been featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker, CBS Early Show, Tennis Channel, and ESPN The Magazine just to name a few.
